By accessing or using Triad Advisory Group ("Triad Advisory," "we," "our," or "us") software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Triad Advisory provides cloud-based practice management software for accounting and CPA firms, including client management, document storage, AI analysis, time tracking, billing, e-signatures, and tax software import tools.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your firm to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including client records, documents, and financial data. We do not sell your data. We process your data only to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload client data and that you comply with applicable professional duties, including those arising under IRS Circular 230 and state CPA licensing requirements.

Our AI document analysis, AI assistant, and related features are provided as tools to assist accounting professionals. They do not constitute tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before acting on them or delivering them to clients.
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is perfectly secure. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
The Service and its original content (excluding your data) remain the property of Triad Advisory Group. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content without written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Anthropic (AI), and Sentry (error monitoring). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is deleted. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of fraud, security threats, or illegal activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triad Advisory's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
